i have been doing Real Estate in past 9 years and it has been a very exciting and rewarding journey.
Meeting different people, talking and sharing with them my thoughts and view is an area i enjoy most.
Currently, i am still serving couple of client where I met during my first year in the field. We kind of become
friend and enjoy every moment engaging and serving their needs.

Throughout this time I had also build a tight but high performance team, it is very fulfilling to help
this individual grow and succeed in their business. I look forwards not only see them succeed in
business, but growing in every aspects of their life/

One of the passion that I continuously been involved in is in the field of Training. More recently I had taking
two Adult Continuing learning Diplomas to further strengthen my skills and knowledge in this field of work.
I think everyone should adopt a Life-Long-Learning posture and mind set, it will help us live a full life.

Prior to joining the Real Estate Industry, I spent a good 25 years in the Fast Moving Consumer Industry.
During these 25 career path, it has brought me to many part of the world. Traveled extensively to United State,
Europe most part of Asia. Not forgetting the very enriching and invigorating three years in Taiwan and travel
extensively to North Asia countries.

The experience and exposure in my corporate certainly played a key role in making my Real Estate venture a
successful one. I am passionate about innovation and new technology, it is kind of 'hobby' and play.
