Over more than 25 years in the real estate industry has earned me many clients and fellow competitors becoming good and close friends. It is a journey not just about monetary gains but ultimately building relationships that is utmost importance.

Going through all the down cycles, ie Asian
Crisis, Sars, Financial crisis in 2008 help me to emerge a more resolute and steadfast attitude in executing my real estate works. Treasure every obstacles that help me to built a stronger personality.
The covid~19 pandemic is also time for me and others to seek out our own missions in life.

In my real estates career, I have get to know many customers and fellow co agents. Throughout the periods of time we have develop from a pure working relationships to becoming a good close friendships.
