"We had engaged Shafi after reading very good reviews about him on Facebook. We had immediately initiated contact with him. He was very fast in responding. Within few days, he was at my HDB unit. We were discussing about our move overseas in less than two months and to help us find good tenants. Shafi rest assured us that he will maintain his professionalism and help us find good tenants. Without any delays, the next few days, Shafi started bringing potential tenants for viewing. One family liked our unit so much as it was well maintained and very near to their son’s school and work that both the tenant and landlord agreed to renting the unit. The necessary paper works, and approval were sought and the tenants moved in about 8 weeks. Despite being overseas, we know we can count on Shafi anytime for help.
