"Helen has been a lifesaver. She helped me find an apartment for myself with a dog which was no easy task, and enabled me to arrive directly from the airport to my apartment late on a Friday night, which was incredibly thoughtful. Then she helped me troubleshoot a faulty appliance at 11:30 pm which would have been a real problem otherwise. Super easy going and communicative, and patient with some banking problems with international transfers - I cannot recommend highly enough."
