"Mr Chin has never let down or ease in every time a renewal contract and he checks meticulously and ensuring all areas are exchanged and explained. I was not in town and Mr Chin take charge to overseeing the renewal of the rental agreement and do all the necessary checks and report to me timely. His service was excellence and most important he is an agent a owner would entrust him to manage confidently."
