With more than 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, Ivan has a proven track record in various property sales and projects marketing. They are namely: new project launches, residential; commercial; and industrial segment.

Today, Ivan leads and manages a team of associates under Orangetee AAG and is a consistent Top Achiever from 2008 till date.

Prior to joining the real estate industry, Ivan was a lecturer and he decided to give this industry a shot after attending a talk by one his predecessors. His initial embarkment started with selling and promoting new projects launches. Subsequently, he took on the role of a Project I.C. (In-charge) for various new project launches.

Ivan's past experiences has given him the ability to analyse and provide successful real estate solutions to both his clients' and partners' needs. These, in turn earned him many 'freehold' clients who entrusted Ivan in managing their range of real estate portfolios, ranging from mass market condominiums to high-end condominiums; commercial offices; industrial factories; warehouses; and HDBs properties.
