"I would give 6 out of 5 but the system doesn't allow me to. In addition to the above, Elsie is extremely patient, personable and professional. She understands our lifestyle and how our choice of housing (and the consequential mortgage payments) can impact the lifestyle we hope to provide for our kids. She is always full of energy no matter the time of day (or night, because she insisted on coming to meet us only after we had put our children to bed). Words truly fail me to describe how much I appreciate her. Suffice to say, I genuinely heave a sigh of relief when I see her, and she lets my wife and I feel completely taken care of, and I do think that people like Elsie are born only once every 100 years."
