"With the help from my mother, I have bought this property through Thomas. He has facilitate the deal with much support and professional reviews of the sales process. That includes all viewings etc. Now that I have not decided to stay until few years later, Thomas found me a tenant within 1 week of my ownership! The tenant will start lease next week and I have gotten a much higher rental as compared to the previous owner. Great effort from Thomas to prepare for the new tenancy and hope to work with him again for my family properties. Thank you so much!!"
