"Charlene was extremely diligent; she worked very hard to search all possible units for us within a compressed timeline. She took notes at every house visit and compile these in a nicely tabulated format for our reviews. She is highly responsive, regardless of the time of the day or even around midnight. One of her particular strengths is interaction skills. Apart from some sellers' agents who were difficult, we had to deal with a co-broke agent for our selected unit who was inexperienced and yet difficult to handle. Charlene was able to bridge with her skillfully in her own style and extracted full co-operation from her during the course of our buying process. Charlene is highly committed, responsible, dependable and has a good temperament, traits that make her a successful agent."
