Designing treatment rooms, planning guest flow, understanding light, ventilation, privacy, and service efficiency gave me a firsthand appreciation in how environments function.

I’ve always been drawn to property as a long-term asset, and I eventually took on building my own landed home from scratch. It was never about the prestige of owning a landed house; it was about learning the entire process inside-out: foundations and soil works, materials selection, timelines, approvals, budgeting, contractor management, and the hundreds of decisions that turn a structure into a functional, a space I find home. That project changed the way I look at real estate. It taught me cost control, due diligence, realistic timelines, and long-term asset value.
