"It took us 1yr to find a buyer, despite my agent Sam's dedicated efforts. The clutter in the unit initially hindered buyers' impressions but Sam went above and beyond by providing boxes, lending a trolley, etc. He handled 100inquiries, performing filtering to ensure qualified buyers.
