"Serene Seet is a great housing agent. I rented my HDB house through her for the past 10 years and she managed the rental very well. I rented my house with back to back rental agreements with no breaks in between so that i can have constant rental income for my expenses. She even helped me revise my rental 10% upwards in my July 2026 rental renewal. Get her to help you ! She is very good !"
