"Hansen was such a professional realtor. He was patient, knowledgeable, consultative and went the extra miles to help us liaise with the required parties, making sure our interests were always taken care of. He was responsible, responsive, sincere and genuine. He was also very organized. When he took us viewing, he had a printed excel with the units and details. When I settled on a unit after seeing five units, he told me he could still bring me to more viewings if I would like, to ensure I did not hastily decide on the unit.
