"Linda is the best property agent I have ever worked with. She was introduced by a friend to help us rent out our HDB 4 rm flat, and she exceeded all our expectations! She carefully noted our requirements and requests, helped to screen thru all interested parties, arranged and managed viewings while keeping us posted at each stage. I had many questions throughout the process and Linda always provided timely answers. She guided and advised us throughout, with the HDB process, the transfer of utilities, internet/phone, the lease agreement, etc. As renovations were required, Linda even helped recommend 2 contractors who visited and quoted us for the work, and the contractor we selected proved reliable and good value. Linda will always be our agent in future!"

"Linda has been the most helpful in securing the lease tenancy of my condo unit. I trusted her judgement to select the tenants with the right profile. As the new tenants need to move in urgently, Linda worked tirelessly (even burning the midnight oil) to expedite the tenancy agreement as well as other actions to set things in motion quickly. Throughout the process, she also went the extra miles to help to clear up the house and even to do cleaning chores. Bravo! I will not hesitate to recommend anyone to engage Linda's service."
