"I am currently based overseas and Jax has been a great help in managing my condo rental. He goes above and beyond to assist with everything, from arranging disposal and handyman services to coordinating cleaning. Having someone reliable and responsive to handle these matters while I am overseas gives me great peace of mind. Really appreciate his professionalism, efficiency, and dedication. Highly recommend Jax to any landlord looking for someone trustworthy and dependable!"

"10/10 agent!! Jax managed to help me sell my flat within 2 months despite the slow HDB market right now and we managed to secure a 5-room flat with no COV and $60k below indicative valuation. Overall a very smooth journey with Jax and i am very lucky to have engage him😁"
