Davies Ng has been in the real estate industry for 37 years since 1985. His business portfolio includes Sale & lease of industrial, retail, office & residential properties. His primary role includes advising clients on the acquisition and divestment of land and buildings as well as transacting investment grade real estate assets in Singapore.

He is responsible for overseeing the various field of real estate including agency, consultancy and business development in Southern & North West China and leads a team of consultants and agents who provide advice and consultancy in Turnkey projects in China.
