Chipson started as a property agent since 1994 and have won many awards and accolades including Top District Director, Top Associate Group Director, Top 200, Top 30, Top 10 and Outstanding Trainer.

He is presently the Associate Executive Director leading a team of 120 Salespersons, not only managing the team's activities, at the same time conducting many training courses both at company level and team level. Courses include competency base Skill & Knowledge, Behavioural and Mind transformation training, in order to continuously produce competent and performing sales team.

Chipson also actively in the market and focus in District 9, 10 & 15 both landed housing and condominiums. His philosophy in delivering result that will exceeds clients' expectations. Service is not only in Compliance but in Excellence!
