- I hold an Honour Degree in Banking and Finance, and work in a Bank for 24 years, retiring as a Vice President in 2008.
- I worked in a property mortgages and security documentation department as a DEPARTMENT HEAD, giving me the

MY REAL ESTATES EXPERIENCE:
- I started as an all-rounder venturing into the commercial offices, HDB and private properties sales, purchases and

- I have also done many transactions on private condos with a continuous portfolio increase in rental transactions.
