- I hold an Honour Degree in Banking and Finance, and work in a Bank for 24 years, retiring as a Vice President in 2008.

- I worked in a property mortgages and security documentation department as a DEPARTMENT HEAD, giving me the
experience and knowledge of loan documentation and processes.

MY REAL ESTATES EXPERIENCE:

- I started as an all-rounder venturing into the commercial offices, HDB and private properties sales, purchases and
rental.
- I am now more focus on private residential market
- I have done more HDB cases as most of my HDB clients refer their friends to me after experiencing the quality
delivery of my service to them.
- I have also done many transactions on private condos with a continuous portfolio increase in rental transactions.
