Alvin Khoo started his career in real estate in August 2007 at "PropNex" as an Associate before moving to "CBRE Realty Associates" (formerly known as CB Richard Ellis) in November 2008 as a Senior Associate where he started to learn the ropes of investment sales in the residential properties in Robertson Quay, an area that is of his forte and has since then, been dealing with properties there with much success and results.

He joined KF Property Network Pte Ltd (subsidiary of Knight Frank) in 2012 and was promoted to Associate Division Director in 2014.

He was appointed as Project-In-Charge for Rise at Oxley (District 9), Reignwood Hamiltion Scotts (District 9), Twin VEW (District 5) and Daintree Residence (District 21) during his 7 year's stint in KF Property Network Pte Ltd.

Having joined OrangeTee & Tie Ptd Ltd in September 2019, he believe that the platform and support provided by OrangeTee & Tie and Navis Living Group will be able to value add greatly toward him and his clients.

He strongly believed that that his clients' interest is his first priority and provides very comprehensive analytical advises to his clients making sure that all angles are covered before his clients commit into any purchases.

His passion and dedication in the real estate industry is shown through his various awards that he received during his 12 years in the industry.
