I came into the real estate business in January 1999 where my main focus has been in the residential market.

Majority of my business leads are from the people who knows me, referrals and walk-in prospects who turned into clients.

I believe in serving others the way I want to be served. I value integrity, patience and adaptability in professional salesmanship which are the essence of the guiding principles in my business operation.

Contrary to our title as a salesperson, I see my job as an adviser to my clients where I provide them with my professional expertise paired with my years of experience in order to assist them to make an informed decision. These are further backed by unreserved factual data and my unbiased opinions so every client is fully aware of the pros and cons in their final decision. Even in situations where my personal interests may be compromised, the trust and confidence, that my clients put in me when they seek my advice and service in making one of their biggest decision in life, must be maintained and further strengthened. I have always kept these in mind and practise with such integrity which, thankfully, has kept my business going smoothly all these years.

Over the years, I have met countless people in the course of the numerous property transactions which I have handled, some became lifelong friends while some remain as strangers. Though most people have the same objective in their individual property transactions, i.e. to get the maximum monetary return, everyone’s background, situation and priority are unique from one another. There is no one-size-fits-all solution. Therefore, it is important that I have to be patient in understanding every client’s requirement so as to provide the most appropriate solution at the prevailing time. I will adapt to work in the best interest of the client; in situations where I know I cannot deliver what the client needs, I will recommend someone proficient to take up the job.
