"We engage Dan for our sale of HDB. During the initial discussion, he advise us the market and how dynamic it is. He drafted a plan for us based on our situation. All is laid out black and quite in terms of fees and costs. Communication is not an issue as he was resposive to msg and call. When we decided to sell the house, it was towards the end of the year. We did have a stream of buyers coming for viewing. Dan able to nego for higher price on the unit. Overall, it was a good experience and quite smooth. This is what we felt as a first time seller."
