A year looks with many uncertainties ahead, turned out to be a learning and challenging, yet not a bad year for me.

With the experience I have gained from few transactions this year, I have learnt that every case is unique by itself, whether it is a private or HDB, resale or rental.
Every case will have one important point in itself. Once we identify the important point, it will be easier for us to handle and make transaction more smoother all the way until completion.
