Kenny Yeap is an Associate Group Director with OrangeTee. Prior to embarking on Real Estate industry, Kenny spent 14 years with the Singapore Civil Service.

After he left the Civil Service, he had a short spell of 3 years with AIA, an insurance agency of which he learnt various communicating & prospecting skills which became handy when he embarked in the real estate industry. These wealth of experiences from being a civil servant to a self-employed person has given him great competitive advantage in developing the business and servicing his clients.

With a real estate career spanning almost two decades, he has learnt to adapt to market changes during the financial crisis periods and was able to help different customers under various circumstances.These customers have in turn became his friends through the years.

Apart from being a full time Real Estate salesperson with a team of salespersons, Kenny is actively involved in other trainings. As a musician, he teaches guitarists, bassists and drummers in his church for worship services as well as a team of audio & video crew manning the sound system in his church. He is also passionate about football and on Sundays, he manages and organises regular competitive matches for his team of footballers comprising of salespersons from other estate agencies as well as friends from France, China, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Madagascar and fellow singaporeans.

Kenny has personally worked with a portfolio of clients from multi-national companies (MNCs) to small & medium enterprises (SMEs) and many other expatriates and he can connect with expatriates easily and thus assisting them in finding their preferred accommodation.

In 1999, he obtained his CEHA certification and in late 2015 he completed his ACTA course, certified as an adult trainer and assessor.
