Hi friends, thank you for taking time to check out my professional profile. You are here probably because you are looking for assistance in your property search. Let’s get started and allow me to share with you what I do and why I do what I do.

My name is Clarence and I am a real estate consultant. What does that mean? Is it just a fancy name? In a nutshell - I provide advisory services to personal clients and companies, so that their real estate decisions are guided with professional advice, market knowledge and localised information.

I started my career in the tech industry where I spent 13 years in various sales and consulting roles. In those days, my clients were MNCs that were looking to gain a competitive business advantage in their markets via strategic and smart investment in technology. Whether it was adding new capabilities or reducing costs, they relied on expert advice to get ahead in their respective fields. And my job was to help my clients stretch their dollar; to do the most with the least that they wanted to spend. Why am I sharing this with you? The reason is my background in consulting is a great influence in how I conduct real estate advisory. And all my clients are beneficiaries of this data-driven and knowledge-based approach. Be it the purchase of a first property, or property portfolio planning, the same principle applies - a well-advised decision always lead to a preferred outcome.

As you can tell by now, I strongly believe in a consultative approach where I partner with my clients to achieve their financial goals, whether they are looking to sell/buy or lease/rent a property. In addition, I advocate the right use of data to guide a property decision. Compared to 20 years ago where real estate data was not publicly available, nowadays we have an explosion of data. The question now is do we know what to do with it? My friends, information and knowledge are different two things and my keen understanding of the market enables my clients to gain an upper hand in a dynamic market.

A few things guide me in my work and my service to my clients, and I will like to share them with you:
1) Be excellent in the small things, as I would in the big things
2) Be responsible for my clients’ properties as if they are my own
3) Make the best recommendation for my clients’ investment as I would for my own
4) Give real advice and feedback even when it is hard truths
5) Build long-term relationships
