More than a decade of experience in the Real Estate Industry, I have acquired extensive training, knowledge and skills to be able to deliver real value and produce effective results in the way I serve my clients and train my agents. I started my real estate career with a room rental transaction and from there progressed to handling other residential properties involving HDB Sales, Private Properties such as Condominiums and Apartments and Landed Properties such as Good Class Bungalows (GCBs), after which I continued to expand my portfolio to include New Launch Projects, Corporate Leasing, Commercial Property Sales and Building Sales as well as a successful En-bloc Sales. Today, I am still an active practitioner to run my sales with my guys.

Since my humble beginnings, I have gone from strength to strength, winning numerous awards and moving up to the ranks to become a Senior Vice President overseeing a division. From my initial position as a Team Director managing only 3-5 agents, I now head The SmartProperty Group – a winning division comprising 300 of the finest agents, many of whom are accomplished and also top producers themselves. I also have a team of property analysts specially formed to serve high net-worth investors .

I am a visionary leader who is 100% committed to train, mentor and groom upcoming champions and who is constantly striving to bring my team to new heights of success.

Together with my core leaders, we provide training and support for the division through a variety of regular activities and programmes to prepare and equip our salespersons with the requisite knowledge and skills in order that they start and continue along the right track in their Real Estate Journey.
