Currently with OrangeTee doing estate agency work, my experience in property dated back to 2005 when I first started in property management at Suntec City for 6 years and switched to become a real estate salesperson under DTZ Property Network Pte Ltd.

My days in property management lent me much-valued relevant experience and I closed deals within the first week of my life as a property agent. I am specialised in commercial properties and have assisted MNCs and local companies in their relocation and expansion. Central Marketing Group (Bangkok, Thailand), Royale Business Club (Manila, Philippines), Onex Pte. Ltd. (Dubai) are some of the overseas MNCs I have previously worked with. Locally, just to name a few, I have assisted Degree Census Consultancy, Oilfield Workforce, Essential Capital, Activate Interactive etc. in their expansion and relocation. Retail-wise, I have helped with new set-ups such as "老寒古茶“ and "The Cats Café", and also worked with "320 Below", "Ayam Penyet RIA" etc. to get additional outlets.

Besides office sourcing, I also provide consultancy to new start-up companies from its registration, office sourcing & renovation to recruitment and staffing accommodation. This exposure in the commercial market also led me to many residential leases and sales transactions too, ranging from HDBs to condominium (resale/projects) and even landed properties. These experiences and knowledge in both commercial and residential segments allowed me to provide a well-rounded insights to the happenings in property market and I am in a good position to give professional advice to my clients.
